This policy applies to all employees, temporary workers, contractors, and suppliers of Skyline Locums Ltd.

3. Due Diligence and Prevention

• We carry out thorough background checks on all temporary workers, including:
  • Right-to-work verification
  • Proof of identity
  • References from previous employers
  • Enhanced DBS checks (where applicable)
• We also assess suppliers and agency partners for risks related to modern slavery.

4. Training

• All internal staff receive training on identifying and reporting concerns related to modern slavery.
• We also provide educational resources to our temporary workers to ensure awareness of their rights.

5. Reporting Concerns
